3 (or 4) Ingredient Cocoa Balls
Simple recipe with no baking involved. These little treats are gluten free and vegan.
- 1 cup Walnut halves or pieces
- 1 cup Medjool Dates
- 2 Tbs Cocoa or Cacao Powder
- 1 tsp Cocao Nibs (totally optional)
Pit and chop dates into into 1 inch pieces.
Place dates and walnuts into food processor and process until chopped and combined well.
Add cocoa powder and cacao nibs and process just until combined.
Roll mixture into 9-12 equal size balls and place in a small container. These taste yummy right now, but I think they taste better after a couple hours in the fridge.
Will keep up to one week in your refrigerator
