3 (or 4) Ingredient Cocoa Balls

Simple recipe with no baking involved. These little treats are gluten free and vegan.

  • 1 cup Walnut halves or pieces
  • 1 cup Medjool Dates
  • 2 Tbs Cocoa or Cacao Powder
  • 1 tsp Cocao Nibs (totally optional)
  1. Pit and chop dates into into 1 inch pieces.

  2. Place dates and walnuts into food processor and process until chopped and combined well.

  3. Add cocoa powder and cacao nibs and process just until combined.

  4. Roll mixture into 9-12 equal size balls and place in a small container. These taste yummy right now, but I think they taste better after a couple hours in the fridge.

  5. Will keep up to one week in your refrigerator
